QUESTION: Does Ferronics do custom core manufacturing?

ANSWER: Ferronics will review all requests for ferrite products presented. A quote will be provided upon review and determination if manufacturable with current equipment. Changes to height typically are the easiest to perform. Outer diameter and Inner diameter changes are generally possible. Some changes may require new tooling. New core shapes may be possible to manufacture with existing equipment. Please submit for quotation. Ferronics has single and double action presses that are only capable of straight walled products. These presses are not capable of shapes such as E, I, U, Pot, Drum, or EP cores.
