Materials B, G, & J are tested at 100kHz, 5G typically. Materials K & P are tested at 10MHz typically. Materials T & V are tested at 10kHz, 10G typically.

The smallest tolerances allowable for dimensions is ± .005".

The AL tolerance for Toroids = ± 20% ( Part numbers start with 11-) Beads = ± 30% ( Part numbers start with 21-)

Coating requirements:

Single coat increases OD. & Ht. Dimensions by .001", and decreases ID. Dimension by .001".

Double coat increases OD. & Ht. Dimensions by .002", and decreases ID. Dimension by .002".
